GOURMET SHOP EVENT

If your group is concerned about student safety, feels the process of brochure pre-selling
and distribution requires too much of your time and effort, or does not want to worry about the potential problem of cash security associated with directly selling a product like a candy bar, our Gourmet Shop Event may be what you need.

This type of fundraiser involves offering a wide selection of our outstanding gourmet foods at any number of different event formats. It may be part of a larger event ( a PTO meeting, for instance) which your group holds on a regular basis. Or, there may be opportunities for your group to obtain a space at a local event, such as a craft show, women's event, or city - wide fair where you could set up your gourmet shop booth or tent.

The major benefit of this type of event is that it is completed in one to three days.

Here's How It Works: An attractive display of our gourmet foods is set up on tables at a booth 6 to 10 feet wide. At outdoor events 10' x 10' pop-up tents are often used. We will help you promote your event, design the layout, the signage, train your staff, and choose your products. At the event, potential customers are greeted and samples are offered.

Sales Options:

1) Similar to a gourmet shop, your group would purchase inventory up front, display and offer samples at the event, and sell these products at the event. Your profit is 45% of the regular retail price on these sales. Shipping expenses are included.

2) Pre-Sale Option - At your event, your group would display and sample the products. However, instead of having to invest in inventory as with option # 1, you would take orders and payment. Orders and our portion (55%) would be sent to us for processing/shipping back to you within ten days. Your group would then deliver the products to your customers. Your profit is 45% of the regular retail price on these sales. Shipping expenses are included.

3) In both options above, you may also offer your customers the opportunity to have us send these wonderful gourmet foods to family and friends in all fifty states. We will provide the order forms for this part of the event. Your customers simply indicate their choices on the order forms, use the chart on the form to add in the appropriate shipping cost for each recipient, and then pay for their purchases. Upon receiving the orders and payment, we will process and ship these orders from our facility. Your group makes 25% of the regular retail price on these sales.
